What will you do
- Client acquisition and maintenance.
- Conduct client consultations to assess estate planning needs.
- Advise clients on financial implications and strategies related to estate planning.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.
- Educate clients on the importance of estate planning and available options.
- Ensure clients' wishes and intentions are clearly documented and executable.
- Monitor and review existing estate plans to ensure they remain up-to-date with changing laws and client circumstances.
- Assist in the probate process and the administration of estates.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in estate planning laws and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term trust and satisfaction.
